Special Ops Child Watch deploys a licensed, vetted team to a dedicated space inside the venue so your children are close, cared for, and engaged in their own themed celebration while you attend yours. Every staff member is background-checked and First Aid/CPR certified. Kids get structured activities, take-home keepsakes, and a USDA-approved snack buffet. Event coordinators get a team that arrives staged, uses the space efficiently, and resets it clean when the evening ends.

What do kids do during the military ball?
SOCWS runs themed, age-appropriate activities and provides a full USDA-approved unlimited snack buffet throughout the event. Kids also receive keepsakes from the experience. Staff are CPR and First Aid certified and maintain safe supervision ratios the entire time.
How many children can SOCWS accommodate at a ball?
SOCWS services a minimum of 10 children and can accommodate up to 200 per event, depending on the space the venue provides. Every event is staffed based on the contracted number of children.
